This showcase for the finest wines produced around Alba takes place each year between the end of April and the beginning of May in Alba’s Exhibition and Congress Hall.
Red and white wines can be tasted and purchased, and the programme also envisages exhibitions, conferences, and folklore events.

Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco díAlba
First held in 1928 to celebrate local produce, the National White Truffle of Alba Fair has now become an event of international standing. Throughout the month of October, the traditions of the Langa are fêted in countless cultural and food and wine events, though the undisputed star of the show remains Alba’s famous white truffle.

Palio degli Asini e Giostra delle Cento Torri
The first Sunday in October has become a standing engagement for lovers of traditions; this is when the various quarters of the town dress up in costume for the historical parade, and then compete in the entertaining donkey race originally organized to make fun of the inhabitants of the nearby city of Asti, Alba’s rivals ever since the Middle Ages.
